Anthropogenic forcing dominates sea-level rise

In a paper published in Nature Climate Change, we demonstrate that anthropogenic forcing is the dominant cause of sea-level rise since about 1970. In the first half of the 20th century, only about 15 % of sea-level rise were of anthropogenic origin, but human emissions caused about 70 % of sea-level rise between 1970 and 2005.
